Although Kudi business is much or less like Opay, it is not mandatory to have the POS before starting your work. In fact, the POS is not offered just at first stage. This is the code that confirms transaction between our agent and a customer. It is a one time unique pin that is generated per transaction. Even if you perform same amount twice and in same bank account, the pin will no remain same. As we don’t perform transaction without POS, Kudi app is in the picture and that USSD code will give a go-ahead order to any agent.

• Is there an alternative to BVN during registration?

Apparently not. Any upcoming agent must provide BVN that will confirm that this is not a fraudster. CBN fixed that BVN for proper verification. All the information you provide during registration must blend with the ones in your BVN.

• How do i Upgrade my KYC?

You know that a newly created Agent account is automatically in KYC level 1. This level 1 has limit to amount of transactions to perform per category of bank transactions daily. Okay look at this. After funding your Kudi wallet because immediately after registration, your Kudi wallet details will be available for you; wallet name, the name of the bank and the account number.

You will start transacting after funding the wallet. At default, KYC Level 1 is KYC level of your Kudi wallet, you can only deposit a customer (i.e withdrawal) maximum of N100,000,  top-up utility bills, airtime and rest of them with the maximum of N100,00 and then, transfer maximum of N300,000.
